Rêves Innovate Solutions

Privacy notice

Short, because this site does very little with your data — and what little it does is listed here in full.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Rêves Innovate Solutions Limited, registered in Ireland (CRO no. 704960). You can reach us about anything on this page through the contact form.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third-party services from your browser — fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no banner.

What we collect, and why

Two things only:

  • The contact form. If you write to us we receive the name, email address, topic and message you typed. We use them for one purpose: to read your message and reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Your IP address. The server holds the IP a request comes from, briefly in memory, to limit abuse of the contact form (rate limiting), and alongside a submitted enquiry in our records. Same legal basis.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored on our server and forwarded to our company mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Google processes that email as our provider and may do so on servers outside the EU/EEA under its standard data-protection commitments. No other third party receives your data, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted, unless something we're legally required to retain (for example, correspondence that becomes part of a contract) requires longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing of it, and ask us to restrict it while a question is resolved. Write to us via the contact form and we'll act on it. If you believe we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Irish supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
